ERGA DrumMag-RollMag dry separation complex for recovery of strongly and weakly magnetic materials, rough concentrates and conducting scientific research in laboratories of ore dressing plants, mining and mineral processing plants, universities .

 

  • 2 in 1: drum and roll separators in one plant

The complex consists of ERGA DrumMag magnetic drum separator recovering such strongly magnetic minerals as magnetite, pyrrhotite and ingot iron, and a roll separator of ERGA RollMag series with magnetic field intensity up to 1 700 mT (17 000 Gauss), which recovers weakly magnetic minerals (limonite, picroilmenite, pyrope, etc.), available in diamond- and gold-bearing ores.

  • Ideal solution for recovery of rough concentrates

DrumMag-RollMag complex is distinguished by its high capacity, reducing the time for sample processing by 3 times. The plant perfectly suits for recovery of rough concentrates and is different from electromagnetic separators (EVS model) with capability to process a wide range of material sizes (-20 + 0.1 mm), separation quality (percentage of recovery of weakly magnetic minerals).

  • Automatic cleaning

Cleaning of raw materials from strongly and weakly magnetic impurities is automatic with minimum personnel involvement using special design of ribs on ERGA DrumMag separator and Kevlar belts on ERGA RollMag separator.

  • Customized selection of equipment

Performance of DrumMag-RollMag complex varies depending on material and design capacity. Customized selection of diameter and length of drum and magnetic roll, magnetic field intensity value, close or open configurations guarantee accurate solution of the set task.

  • Compact and mobile

Smart design of DrumMag-RollMag complex with ergonomic location of the control panel and two separators in one plant on a stationary or mobile frame is compact, easy to maneuver and convenient to use in laboratory conditions.

  • Wide range of separation settings

Adjustable drum and roll speed, the presence of infeed hopper with a slide gate and a vibrating feeder in its design allows for adjustment of the process capacity and ensures monolayer material feed, fine setting of splitter provides accurate separation of fractions by magnetic properties.

  • Easy to operate and maintain

Simple and robust design with little maintenance ensures easy operation of DrumMag-RollMag dry separation complex. Drum shell is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, magnetic roll belt is manufactured of durable Kevlar belt for increased reliability and long service life.

The scope of supply of magnetic separators includes support frames (stationary or mobile configurations), infeed hoppers, vibrating chutes, variable speed drives, containers for products of separation and optional spare parts kit.
