Rod & casing shoe
The rod shoe is a protective component designed to fit onto the bottom of the drill rods. It serves as a buffer between the drill rods and the borehole walls, preventing wear and damage to both the equipment and the hole during drilling operations. The rod shoe helps to guide the drill string through the borehole and ensures smooth operation, especially in challenging soil or rock conditions.
